About Our Law Office

Önen & Kalaç Law Office was founded in 1982 by Lawyers Dr.Selim Önen and Umur Kalaç and performs its operations since 40 years by providing services within the scope of legal consultancy, litigation and dispute resolution to many foreign and local clients, especially to German and Italian clients and mainly to small and medium sized enterprises in terms of investments and operations in Turkey, in German, English and Italian.

Our clients have the opportunity to contact both the experienced founding partners and the dynamic and young members of our team directly and have the possibility to find tailored solutions for their needs.

Our office which successfully pursues the disputes of both German and Italian clients in Turkey and of Turkish clients in these countries, has been conducting successful joint studies with top-tier law firms in Germany and Italy for many years.

Moreover, our office which works in collaboration with tax consultants, sworn financial consultants and accounting offices provide our clients also with services besides legal remedies which contribute to our clients to get a one-stop service.
